Pinteresting Wednesday: Simplicity is the Sweetest

The simple things in life really are the sweetest.  I love the simplicity of fresh flowers.  The can add such and uplifting mood to any room.  Every time I walk by the floral section at the grocery store, I'm just dying to get a bouquet of flowers, but then I remember I'm a broke college kid that doesn't need to spend her money on something like flowers.  Unfortunately, I think food is more important.  When I graduate and get a "real" job, which I would like to say isn't far away, but a year is still pretty dang far, I'm going to either have a garden to cut pretty flowers out of or I will be spending an extra $5 to $10 to brighten up home!

What I love about these pictures are the different types of jars the flowers are placed in.  The lemons put on the outside of this pitcher add such a nice pop of color and interest to this arrangement.  It's also a nice way to display your gorgeous flowers in the kitchen.  Blue mason jars or even a milk pitcher are also lovely ways to show off those simple blooms.

I'm linking up with The Vintage Apple for Pinteresting Wednesdays!  All photos are via Pinterest and you can check them out here!
