Holiday Ready

Unfortunately all items are old but I will link similar items.

SHIRT: old (loving this instead) | SKIRT: Express (similar here, here and here) | SHOES: Nina (love these) | NECKLACE: Boutique

I am finally back in Texas for the holidays!!  I am so excited to be home, but I am a bit jealous of the white Christmas they will have in North Dakota.  Let's be real though, snow doesn't beat being home.  I can't wait for C to join me on Tuesday.  Unfortunately he had to stay back and work.

I am so sorry I look like a vampire.  Obviously this girl has been bundled up for the past couple of months.  I will be fixing this soon though.  Spray tan here I come because this is awful!  I do have to say I am digging this outfit, though.  It is perfect for holiday parties, family gatherings, or even church.  I love that Christmas time gives you an excuse to add a little or a lot (let's be real) of sparkle to your daily wardrobe.  It is so festive for a time of the year that is truly magical!

On to the details.  I picked this skirt up last year on sale at Express for only $25!  It was such a score.  I paired it with a simple black top and an awesome necklace.  I love that this necklace is long so it makes a big statement without overwhelming me.  I couldn't find anything I really liked that was similar to the necklace, so another option for this outfit would be to pair it with a red crop top.  I actually just bought one today to wear with this skirt.

I hope I have inspired you to glisten a little during the holidays!  Have a fabulous Monday!!
